????香統統計處周二（9月16日）公布的數據顯示，香港6-8月的失業率為3.3%，持平前三個月，因本地需求強勁，消化新增的勞工供給。
????此外，6-8月就業不足率亦維持在前三個月的1.5%；6-8月總就業人數較前三個月增加1,700人至3,751,200人。
????勞工及福利局局長張建宗表示，香港經濟料會繼續溫和增長。隨著新學年開始，暑期工會陸續重返校園，加上企業的招聘意欲大致維持正面，勞工市場在短期內可望維持穩定。
????然而，他表示，需關注美國調整貨幣政策的步伐以及其對環球資金流向、區域經濟所帶來的影響。
