    根據氣象局最新颱風消息，菲特颱風中午1點位置在臺北的東北方約 190 公里海面上。向西北西移動，暴風圈已進入中部以北及花蓮以北地區，中部以北、東北部及東部地區風雨持續增強。中度颱風菲特暴風圈今天清晨進入台灣陸地。氣象局預測，台灣本島可望明天上午8時前解除颱風警報。

    陸上警戒：基隆、新北、臺北、桃園、新竹、苗栗、臺中、南投、宜蘭、花蓮及馬祖地區應嚴加戒備並防強風豪雨。

     海上警戒：臺灣北部海面、東北部海面、東南部海面及臺灣海峽北部航行及作業船隻應嚴加戒備。

     氣象局發布超大豪雨地區為：臺北市、新北市、桃園縣、新竹縣、苗栗縣、宜蘭縣。

     大豪雨區域：臺中市、南投縣。

    較大累積雨量：新竹縣鳥嘴山462毫米、新北市福山324毫米、桃園縣高義306毫米、苗栗縣泰安289毫米。

    臺灣各地沿海地區風浪明顯偏大，並伴有強陣風，強陣風地區應防電力中斷；東沙島也有長浪出現，請注意。
