    　苗栗大埔拆遷戶張藥房老闆張森文18日溺斃死亡，家屬對於死因存疑，上午在法務部法醫研究所進行複驗，1個月後會有結果。

    　苗栗大埔拆遷戶張藥房老闆張森文18日下午被發現陳屍在住處附近的排水溝渠，案發時從現場及相驗判定為溺斃死亡，無他殺，不過，家屬對於死因存疑，委託法醫高大成協助複驗。

    　苗栗地檢署檢察官姜永浩說，張森文遺體上午在法務部法醫研究所北區解剖室，由家屬委託法醫高大成等人複驗，死者外觀看不出來死因是否有其他，為釐清死因經過與家屬溝通後，進行解剖。

    　張家委任律師詹順貴說，上午解剖完採集檢體後，後續由家屬將遺體運回苗栗，由於偵查不公開原則及事涉解剖專業性，後續發展由苗檢對外發言。1020920
