    　民進黨主席蘇貞昌昨（10）日宣布，發動對行政院長江宜樺的倒閣案；儘管外界認為倒閣難以在立院獲得過半57席的支持，但蘇貞昌強調，民進黨不計算輸贏，是要做對的事，為歷史負責。

    　在國慶大會進行的同時，蘇貞昌召開記者會痛批總統馬英九與江揆涉及非法監聽、干預司法、破壞憲政，引發政局動盪，只要立院院會開會，民進黨就立即提倒閣案。

    　依憲法規定，倒閣案提出72小時後未撤案，立院應在48小時內進行表決，因此民進黨團若今日提案，最快下周二（15日）院會就須進行表決。

    　國民黨政策會執行長林鴻池呼籲民進黨倒閣要三思，因全民希望朝野同心拚經濟，倒閣非人民期盼，國民黨立委絕不可能支持。
