（中央社記者林惠君台北20日電）行政院主計總處22日將公布9月失業率，學者預期，9月失業率會比8月微幅調整，但不會明顯下降。 受到大量畢業生投入尋職行列的季節性因素，通常6、7、8三個月為失業率高峰期，今年 8月的失業率為4.33%，已連續3個月上升，較7月上升0.08個百分點。 主計總處官員表示，目前就業市場穩定，依往例，9月失業率可望下降。 台灣大學國家發展研究所副教授辛炳隆認為，從去年開始，國內勞動市場與景氣的關係越來越疏遠，有點像是停滯，或說是呈現穩定狀態，也就是失業率升降幅度不大。 辛炳隆指出，9月失業率與8月應該不會有太大變化，微幅調整，但不會有明顯的下降；10月有年關效應的人力需求，屆時失業率才有可能明顯下降。1021020
