藝人林在培在今年10月間，酒後開車回桃園，行經國道1號泰山路段被警方攔檢，酒測值達0.7。檢方今天向法院聲請簡判。

新北地檢署今天公布的聲請簡易判決處刑書指出，曾在民國93年間，因酒駕獲緩起訴處分的資深藝人林在培，今年10月14日晚間7時左右，在台北市松江路行天宮附近的餐廳與友人飲酒，稍微休息後，隔天凌晨1時30分開車欲返回桃園市住家。

檢方表示，林在培15日凌晨2時左右，行經新北市泰山區國道1號南下34.8公里處時，被警方攔下盤查並實施酒測，酒測值達每公升0.7毫克；林在培在檢方偵訊時坦承犯行，檢方今天依公共危險罪，向新北地院聲請簡易判決。

林在培曾在1983年間，以電視劇「秋潮向晚天」一砲而紅，由於劇本紮實，劇中人物的愛恨情仇糾結纏繞，當時飾演男主角的林在培，於1985年獲得金鐘獎最佳男演員獎項，近期則在民視八點檔「風水世家」電視劇中飾林清水。
